15 minutes of #hinchfit 🧹 I love turning #hinching (if you know you know, those of you who don’t, it’s cleaning!) into a workout. 💪 That just means setting your timer and doing it with purpose...no distractions....it’s amazing how it gets your heart rate up! 😳 You can always throw in a few squats and lunges where appropriate!
