Rob Cassidy recognized this and ended up throwing the challenge flag, forcing ref Don Stanley to head to the ‘booth’ for the official review. With no proof the ball had dented, the call was upheld: point to Johns/Wright 3. Rob Nunnery incorporates a little gamesmanship by bouncing the ball FIFTEEN times
